Job description
We need seasonal employees to assist with the spray manager to nurse water and product from farm to field. Employees will need to assist and help operate the tractors to till the soil, planter during the planting season to plant corn, wheat and minor crops and operate combines and other harvest equipment during the harvest season to harvest the crops. Employees will need to complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and assist in unified farmstead upkeep. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at the previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
Special Requirements
Must have a regular driver's license. Require 3 months experience.
