Job description
Workers will assist with seasonal agricultural operations including planting and harvesting. Duties include operating and maintaining agricultural equipment such as tractors, trucks, and loaders; applying fertilizer and chemicals; delivering agricultural inputs; unloading producer trucks at grain elevators; and cleaning and organizing warehouse and work areas. Workers must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods. Work is performed outdoors in varying weather. Employer will provide training; experience is not required.
Special Requirements
No experience is required. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion. Operator License Class D Candidate will have 60 days to obtain.
