Job description
We operate a row crop farm, corn and soybeans. Employees will assist with farm tillage, planting, fertilizing, spraying, operating a combine, hauling grain to storage location, running auger wagons, some rock picking and clearing of fence lines. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
Special Requirements
Job requires extensive walking, sitting, pushing, pulling, and frequent stooping. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license within 30 days of hire. Require 3 months experience.
