Job description
The worker must prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to company standards, operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment, greet customers, take orders, and handle payments accurately. They must also maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including equipment and seating areas, follow all food safety and hygiene standards, restock supplies, ingredients, and inventory as needed. The worker must work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude, communicate effectively with team members and management, and provide product recommendations and answer customer questions.
Special Requirements
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time; and have the ability to obtain ServSafe Food Handler Certification. Must have basic English skills.
