Job description
Workers will handpick, grade, sort, stack, box, and dump blueberries by hand. Work requires repetitive manual tasks performed in accordance with the employer’s instructions and under close supervision. Workers may lift, carry, and move up to 60 lbs. Work occurs in inclement weather conditions, including extremely hot, humid, cold, and/or rainy weather.

Special Requirements
The employer will only conduct a drug test if a worker is in a work-related accident. The drug testing will be at the employers expense. If the worker fails the drug test or refuses the drug testing, this will be probable cause for termination of employment.
