Job description
We farm 8000 acres of corn, wheat, and soybeans. Employees will need to assist with all aspects of raising, these crops. Employees will be required to help with planting, spraying, and harvest. Employees will need to operate farm equipment in order to complete these tasks. Other jobs on the farm include, rock picking and rolling, fertilizing, gravel work, haying, repair and maintain fencing, and machinery maintenance. Employees will need to complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience.
Special Requirements
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license and 3 months experience.
