Job description
Employees will participate in harvesting and hauling of crops exclusively for employer-owned and operated farms.
Workers will drive and control equipment to support agricultural activities such as tilling soil; planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops; feeding and herding livestock; or removing animal waste. May perform tasks such as crop baling or hay bucking. May operate stationary equipment to perform post-harvest tasks such as husking, shelling, threshing, and ginning.
Special Requirements
Three (3) months of corn production experience is required.
The employer may test for drug or alcohol use at the employer's expense post-hire upon reasonable suspicion that the worker may be affected by drugs or alcohol that could adversely affect job performance or the work environment, including the safety-related performance of the worker or others.
