Job description
The workers will be operating heavy equipment such as excavators, soil compactors, bulldozers, backhoes, skid steers, and shovels. Responsibilities include operating farm equipment, driving tractors, semis, and pickup trucks. Workers will be hauling equipment and grain with semis and dump trucks in addition to doing general manual labor such as leveling dirt, rock, and sand. Workers must be able to lift 75 Ibs. This is an active position that requires the workers to be outdoors in all-weather elements for our area.
Special Requirements
Three (3) months of agricultural experience required. A CDL license or the ability to obtain one is required. Must be able to run GPS dirt equipment and tractors. Ability to drive a vehicle and/or pickup truck. Basic mechanical skill set required. Training is provided for tasks that are new to employees.
