Agriculture Equipment Operator

Job description

Perform Duties such as driving and operating tractors for planting crops and grains such as corn and beans, workers will drive tractors and operate designated equipment to furrow, fertilize, plant, cultivate, harvest crops, and transport to storage on the farm or local elevators. Minor repairs and daily checking of fluids, hoses, lubrication of equipment, tires and fuel levels need to be done on all equipment used. Maintenance will need to be done on all buildings, structures and grounds. Must be able to work independently after given instructions and be a team player when needed.
Employees must have a valid driver's license or be capable of obtaining one in 30 days.

Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls of the operation only.
NO TEXTING. No smoking in equipment, vehicles, fields or housing units. Drinking of alcoholic beverages is prohibited during working hours and otherwise discouraged.
No Educational level is required.
Must have six months of tractor driving with towed implements.
