Job description
• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
• Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods
• Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
• Handle and store ingredients and food
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Special Requirements
Must be able to remain on your feet for several hours at a time, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching and light sweeping. Must be able to communicate in and read recipes in English.
On-the-Job Training provided.
Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work hours from: 9:00am 5:00pm, 4:00pm-11:00pm shifts based on the time of the season, daylight, and need.
Hourly Wage: $17.30 to $20.00 per hour (based on merit and past experience with our company)
Overtime Possible: Overtime may be available at $25.95 to $30.00 per hour.
