Job description
***RFI Response***
The Hotel Desk Clerks are not cooking or otherwise preparing food; they simply arrange food for serving (“setting up”) which consists of taking pre-packaged or already prepared breakfast foods (along with coffee and tea supplies) from an adjacent food storage area to a continental breakfast area that hotel guests access to then heat or otherwise prepare themselves in a traditional continental breakfast (self-serve) setting. E.g., bagels, bread, cereal, granola bars, butter, jelly, cream cheese, milk, etc. Furthermore, this is entirely within the confines of O*NET (Hotel, Motel, and Resort Desk Clerks – 43-4081.00) which specifically lists that as a distinct duty.
***Original F.a.2***

Provide excellent customer service. Prepare for basic food service, such as setting up continental breakfast or coffee and tea supplies.

Varying shifts Sun-Sat between 7:00am 11:00pm.
