Job description
Tasks may include landscape or maintaining grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers perform a variety of tasks, including: sod laying, mowing, trimming, blowing, hauling wheelbarrows, tarps, buckets, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, weeding, edging, shoveling, sprinkler installation, installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units, gutter cleaning, and window washing.
Special Requirements
Post-employment drug testing based on employers reasonable suspicion and Pre-employment criminal background check.
F.a.5 A-H: 40 hours per week. 8-hour workday. 8:00 am 4:00 pm. Monday-Friday, Saturdays required. 1-2 hours of OT may be required daily.
