The job responsibilities do not include taking food orders or serving meals to customers. It does include delivering clean replacement eating utensils, water, and previously ordered food items to facilitate customer service if requested by the waitstaff in order to expedite attention to the customer. Thus, a basic knowledge of the items on the menu is required.

WILL TRAIN TO KNOW MENU, FACILITATE FOOD SERVICE. CLEAN TABLES, CARRY DIRTY DISHES, SET TABLES, REPLENISH THE BUSSER'S STATION WITH NAPKINS, SILVERWARE AND GLASSES, AND SERVE WATER, BUTTER AND COFFEE TO PATRONS. MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50 LBS AND STAND FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS OF ALL AREAS OF THE RESTAURANT. SHIFTS REQUIRED TO WORK ARE: 10AM-4PM, 12PM-8PM, AND/OR 3PM-9PM. 5 DAYS PER WEEK, AT LEAST 36 HOURS PER WEEK, DAYS AND SHIFTS MAY VARY. WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE REQUIRED. OVERTIME MAY BE AVAILABLE.
