Job description
Welcome patrons, seat them at tables, provide menus and help ensure quality of facilities and service, maintains host stand area, answer incoming phone calls, take reservations, operate cash registers to accept payments for food and beverages, speak with patrons to ensure satisfaction with food and service, to respond to complaints, or to make conversation, assist other restaurant workers by serving food and beverages, or by bussing tables.
Special Requirements
Must be able to lift 25 lbs. The specific days and hours of work will vary depending on scheduling and the level of business but will generally be 6 days per week with rotating days off. 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Approximately 40 hours per week with some overtime. The business is open 7 days per week and weekend and holiday work is required.
