Job description
Harvesting of various crop and weeding/thinning of various crops. Workers will be harvesting peas, carrots, and broccoli. Job duties will include weeding, thinning , harvesting, sorting, and packing these crops.
Workers will receive training in proper harvesting techniques, safety protocols, and equipment handling. Training will be compensated at the hourly rate specified in the job order.
Workers will perform weeding and thinning activities using long-handled tools in compliance with California Code Regulations Title 8, Section 3456. Workers will not use short-handled tools.
Special Requirements
Depending on task, may require 4 hours of training
