Job description
Servers will be responsible for greeting customers, setting up the dining areas, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, cleaning and clearing tables, serving food and beverages, mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and stocking the bar as needed. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening and weekend hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts are 6:00am to 1:00pm, 1:00pm to 8:00pm, 6:30pm to 1:30am and may vary. See attached job description for additional information.
Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
