Job description
Perform tasks involving physical labor at parking lots and roadways by operating several types of maintenance equipment. including skid steer, asphalt roller, hot box, mill, infrared machine, rubber machine, sealcoat machine, Concrete removal, repair and replacement, crack filling machine, and company vehicles. May require routine repair and maintenance of all associated equipment in addition to other duties. Perform all general duties associated with asphalt paving, patching, sealcoating or prepping worksites. Apply seal coat material utilizing a long handled squeegee and/or spray wand. Remove and repair catch basins. Prepare surfaces utilizing an asphalt crack router. Assist in the placement, moving and dismantling of signs, barricades, cones and other traffic control devices. Drive van and/or medium duty work truck ( 26,000 GVW) and tow necessary equipment to work site locations. Perform cleanup of job sites upon completion of job. Perform striping of parking lots using striper machine or manual spray.
Special Requirements
Able to obtain a drivers license upon hire.
Know how to drive a truck 26,000 GVW. Knowledge of how to operate equipment.

Varying number of hours per workday depending on shift.
Monday-Saturday; days and shifts vary depending on specific job and weather but typically range between 8am and 6:00pm Monday thru Friday. Some occasional Sunday work may be required. OT Possible.
