Job description
Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Maintain irrigation systems, including winterizing the systems and starting them up in spring.
Special Requirements
Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Ability to work outdoors in all Colorado weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, rain, and snow. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods. Must wear company-provided personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe or sturdy work boots. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
