Cleaner-maint Ops

Job description

Cleaner-Maint Ops workers will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the inside and outside of the facilities at DNC Parks & Resorts at Sequoia’s property. Cleaner-Maint Ops workers will sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, empty trashcans and ash tray receptacles, empty recycling cans, and clean windows with Windex. Cleaner-Maint Ops workers will use multi-purpose cleaning solution to wipe down and disinfect shopping carts, shopping baskets, ATM machines as well as wipe down and refill the hand sanitizer stations provided for guests. Cleaner-Maint Ops workers will also use multi-purpose cleaning and disinfectant solutions to clean and sanitize the facility’s outdoor restrooms, showers, payphones, and remove any litter or debris left behind by guests that may appear on the walkways or around the perimeter of the building. Cleaner-Maint Ops workers will keep a temperature log maintenance for the cooler. Additionally, Cleaner-Maint Ops workers will be responsible for the removal of broken glass from dishware or glassware, spills from beverages or food. Must have knowledge in usage of cleaning solvents, and the ability to meet safety requirements. Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach, kneel, carry, lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shift: 5:00am - 12:00pm, 1:00pm - 8:00pm, and 5:00pm - 12:00am. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of cleaning experience at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
