Housekeeper

Job description

Duties: Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming, change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed; perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed; stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis; dispose of trash and recyclables; respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner; maintain cleanliness of rooms, hallways, and other areas of the hotel; identify and report preventative maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.

Requirements: Three (3) months of experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required. Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds with-out assistance.

Rate of Pay: $17.02 per hour, paid weekly. Overtime is available at $25.53 per hour. Employees may be eligible for health & medical benefits after the waiting period & one free employee meal may be available during each shift. For full list of benefits, please contact HR.

Shifts: 8:00AM – 3:00PM, 9:00AM – 4:00PM, or 11:00AM – 6:00PM. (5 rotating days including weekends).
