Job description

Perform any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain private household or commercial establishments, such as hotels and homes in a clean and orderly manner. Duties may include making beds, removing, cleaning and replenishing linens, vacuuming, cleaning rooms and halls.

May perform other job duties pursuant to 37-2012, Maids and Housekeeping Cleaners.

F.a.5a-F.a.6b: 35 hours/week, OT may be available; 7 hour shifts; 5 days/week (Sun-Sat, schedule varies and includes evenings, weekends and holidays; business is open 7 days/week); 2 SHIFTS: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm or 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

F.b.9a: Workers will be paid no less than $15.66 per hour. Employer may pay higher wage rates to workers based on seniority with employer and level of skill. Overtime hours may vary and will be paid no less than $23.49 per hour.

F.c.1: The H-2B Temporary Housekeepers will perform job duties at vacation homes / lodges managed by Cascade Vacation Rentals in Lutsen, Grand Marais and surrounding North Shore communities.

F.d.1: Employees will be provided transportation and/or a company vehicle to drive from 126 Norbakken Road, Lutsen MN 55612 or 21 W 2nd St, Grand Marais, MN 55604 to and from the worksite properties.

Special Requirements

Must be able to lift 30 lbs. Must be able to obtain a valid drivers license and have a clean driving record. No formal education, training or experience required. On-the-job training provided.
