Job description
Providing guests with excellent service in all games, attractions, retail, and food service areas. Required to operating sales register in accordance with Six Flags operating policies. Required to interact with guests, team members, leads and supervisors daily. Will ensure image, cleanliness, and courtesy standards are met. Direct guests to rides, seats, or attractions. Taking tickets, checking passes and measuring heights of guests. Sell and serve refreshments to customers. Monitor activities to ensure adherence to rules and safety
procedures or arrange for the removal of unruly patrons. Perform duties such as conducting games, photographing patrons, or awarding prizes. Verify, collect, or punch tickets before admitting patrons to venues, such as amusement parks and rides. Fasten safety devices for patrons or provide them with directions for fastening devices. Operate, drive, or explain the use of mechanical riding devices or other
automatic equipment in amusement parks, carnivals, or recreation areas.
Special Requirements
ServeSafe certification required - employer will cover cost.
Occasionally (O): 31% - 60% -Reach overhead, handle, finger, grasp; pull, push; lift between 10 to 50 pounds; stand, walk, bend, twisting movement of torso or extremities Frequently (F): 61% - 100%= hear, listen; oral communication; subject to outside and inside conditions of weather, extreme cold below 32 degrees and extreme heat above 100 degrees; hazards may includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat or exposure to chemicals, subject to atmospheric conditions and oils.
Days & shifts may vary. Holidays, weekends, and evenings required as needed.
Employer reserves the right to pay a higher wage, rate, or bonus to any worker in their sole discretion based on skill, tenure, experience, and performance.
A pre-employment background screening will be required at the employer's expense.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Employer is offering paid on the job training.
Optional employer housing is available for a cost of $84/week.
Transportation to and from optional employer housing to worksite is provided at no cost to the worker.
