**RFI Response**
Assisting Other Housekeepers:
• Help restock carts or linen closets for team members.
• Support deep cleaning tasks in larger suites or villas.
• Assist with room inspections or quality checks.
Supporting Management:
• Communicate room status updates to supervisors.
• Report unusual guest requests or incidents to management.
• Participate in team meetings or training sessions as needed.
Helping Front Desk:
• Deliver requested items (e.g., extra pillows, towels) to guest rooms.
• Notify front desk of room readiness for check-in.
• Assist with lost-and-found item retrieval.
Working with Dispatch:
• Respond to radio or phone dispatch calls for urgent cleaning or service needs.
• Coordinate with dispatch to prioritize room turnovers during peak check-in times.
Responding to Guest Service Calls:
• Fulfill guest requests for amenities or cleaning services.
• Provide directions or basic information about the property.
• Handle minor guest complaints or concerns with courtesy and professionalism.

**Original**
Perform any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain clean rooms and common areas. Duties include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, vacuuming and cleaning marble floors (restaurant, front desk, lobby and library floor areas). May perform other related cleaning duties as necessary. May also assist other housekeepers, managment, front desk, dispatch and guest service calls.

Special Requirements

Must be able to repetitively lift, push, pull & carry up to 15 lbs., frequently up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs. Background check post-hire, pre-employment. Employment is contingent on clearing background check.
