Job description
Supervise swimming pool maintenance personnel, create schedules, train staff, ensure pool cleanliness and safety compliance, maintain equipment, manage emergencies, identify service projects, perform minor repairs, secure and maintain health department permits, and winterize pools at season’s end.
Special Requirements
Candidates must be 18 years or older, must be able to swim, and must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must have a valid drivers license. Strong organizational skills required. Must obtain American Red Cross (ARC) Lifeguard Certification; training may be coordinated by employer, but the cost of certification is paid by the employee.
