Job description
WILL TRAIN TO MIX AND BAKE INGREDIENTS ACCORDING TO RECIPES TO PRODUCE BREADS, ROLLS,
COOKIES, CAKES, PIES, PASTRIES, AND OTHER BAKED GOODS. MUST ALSO BE ABLE TO FOLLOW RECIPES AND TECHNIQUES AND DECORATE AND GARNISH PASTRIES WITH ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND THE PRESENTATION MEETS THE RESORT'S VISUAL STANDARDS. MUST ADHERE TO FOOD SAFETY GUIDELINES AND SANITATION STANDARDS WHILE PREPARING, HANDLING, AND STORING PASTRIES. MUST MAINTAIN A CLEAN AND ORGANIZED WORK AREA, INCLUDING PROPER STORAGE OF INGREDIENTS AND TOOLS. SHIFTS REQUIRED TO WORK ARE: 6AM-2PM, 7AM-3PM, 8AM-4PM, 9AM-5PM, 10AM-6PM, 11AM-7PM, 12PM-8PM, 1PM-9PM, 2PM-10PM, 3PM-11PM, 4PM-12AM. 40 HOURS PER WEEK, 5 DAYS PER WEEK, DAYS AND SHIFTS MAY VARY. OVERTIME MAY BE AVAILABLE.
