Job description
The Area Operations Supervisor manages operations across multiple pool locations, focusing on facility conditions, client satisfaction, and seasonal staff supervision. Duties include: Pre-season staff training, facility inspection including maintenance requests, lifeguard staff supervision, and scheduling. Function as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction with facility conditions and the performance of on-site staff. Daily operations oversight including monitoring pool conditions, safety checks, and emergency readiness according to American Red Cross standards. End of season facility inspection and maintenance coordination to address any necessary post-season repair.
Special Requirements
Must obtain the following certifications/trainings: American Red Cross Lifeguard Management, CPR, AED, BBP, CPO, and first aid. Must be 18 years or older. Drivers license (U.S. or International) required. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours, depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
