Job description
Bellhop/Dock Porters will be responsible for welcoming guests, opening doors, keeping entry areas and courtyard clean, unloading and transporting guests’ luggage by bicycle, hand, or baggage cart, receiving and attaching claim checks, responding to guest requests and issues, answering phones at the bell desk to assist guests with luggage-related requests, which includes answering questions about luggage pick-up times, confirming with guests when their luggage is set to arrive at their room, and answering questions pertaining to luggage pick-up scheduling, and recommending and acquainting guests with hotel amenities and activities.
Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00AM – 3:00PM, 10:00AM – 6:00PM, or 3:00PM – 11:00PM. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of guest service experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club.
