Job description
Taking drink and food orders, Mixing, preparing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons, directly or through waitstaff. Prep bar before shift and close and clean bar after shift. Presenting checks and collecting payment from patrons. May be required to perform duties in an outdoor environment and at banquet events and parties held in dining facilities.

Possible shifts: 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm. Sunday - Saturday. Days off and shifts vary. OT hours possible.
