Line Cook

Job description

Perform food preparation tasks. Grill, cook, bake, and fry foods such as eggs, pancakes, doughnuts, meats, breads, pastries, and other menu items. Prepare sandwiches, doughnuts, breakfast sandwiches, take-out orders, and doughnuts. Perform general cleaning of food preparation equipment and work areas in bakery and various kitchens. Perform tasks in the kitchen in a sanitary and safe environment using all health protocols set by Congdon's as well as the state such as gloves, sanitizer, temperature zones, dating, etc.

Anticipated days and hours of work per week and schedule: Employer will offer a minimum of no less than 35 hours per week. Open 7-days including holidays. Shifts are: 10pm to 6am; 12am to 8am; 6am to 2pm; 10am to 6pm; and 3pm to 10pm. Shift hours may vary. Overtime: As Needed Only.

Special Requirements

Experience not required. Must be available to work all shifts including weekends and holidays. Maybe required to lift up to 50lbs (food ingredients bags).
