Job description
Trench Laborers will assist with the installation of underground conduits by performing manual labor tasks at construction sites. Workers will primarily dig trenches using shovels and other hand tools, place conduits into the trenches, and set up associated boxes as directed by supervisors. The role involves lifting, carrying, and positioning materials, as well as performing general site preparation and cleanup. Laborers will be responsible for following all safety procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and assisting skilled tradespeople as needed.
The employer may offer raises/bonuses to temporary employees hired under this job order, at the company's sole discretion, based on individual factors such as performance, skill, and job tenure. Wages will be calculated based on a single workweek. Employees will be paid Friday.
The employer may offer more hours than specified, depending on company needs, and other conditions. On-the-job training is available.
Special Requirements
Workers will be asked to work weekends. Work is physically demanding and requires the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, bend, stoop, lift up to 60 pounds, and stand for extended periods. No prior experience is required, and training will be provided on the job.
