Laundry Attendant

Job description

Laundry Attendants will be responsible for performing all stages of linen processing, sorting and weighing soiled and unsoiled linens, cleaning laundry machines and areas, assisting in laundry inventories, and folding and storing laundry bags. Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Friday through Thursday. Example shifts: 6:00am - 1:00pm or 4:00pm - 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary based on assigned schedules and occupancy or business needs. Split shifts and overtime may occasionally be required.

Special Requirements

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least one (1) month of laundry experience at a centralized laundry facility, hotel, or resort.
