Job description

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Operate trenchers to dig trenches (up to 24 inches deep and 12 to 24 inches wide) for sleeves, mainline and lateral irrigation; operate skid-loaders to remove and relocate spoils; operate bob-cats to remove and relocate spoils. May operate vehicle.

Special Requirements

Drug testing during employment for cause; Post-Accident Drug Testing. Able to lift 60lbs. Monday-Friday, Saturdays optional, schedule varies, start/end times vary, overtime varies.
