Job description
Guest Experience Coordinators are the Front of the House and Guest facing team that is responsible for the following:
Front Desk Operations: Check guests in and out, address inquiries, assist with reservation bookings, answering phones, checking emails, all while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere during service. Welcome Dome Concierge: Greet guests, assist with orientation, help bring guests to their dome, demonstrate the in-dome functions and ensure they feel right at home from the moment they arrive. Food and Beverage Service: Guide guests through our mouthwatering menu as well as beverage pairings (cocktails, beer, wine and coffee); serve food and drinks as well as “Dome Dash” deliveries while offering an exceptional dining experience anywhere on the resort property.
Shifts vary and range from 7-11/ 3-7 or 4-11pm.35 Hours per week. Overtime may be available but is not guaranteed. Open 7 days per week. Workdays and shift times will vary. Shifts vary based on business levels, occupancy and scheduled events. Holiday and weekend shifts are required. $15.00 per hour plus tips $22.50 per hour OT when available. On the job training will be provided, if necessary, but it is not required.
