Job description
Perform general farm labor in orchard and patch; Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery to plow fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops such as apples, pumpkins, Christmas trees; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping such as mowing; Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; Prepare for and monitor farm events; Speak and understand English.
Special Requirements
Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
