Job description
Perform all duties required from soil preparation, planting, maintaining, irrigating, harvesting, and packaging for sale. Workers must have a minimum of 1 months documented work experience. Workers must be proficient in the setup and operation of drip irrigation and overhead irrigation. Workers must be able direct and monitor the work of casual and seasonal employees during planting and harvest. Workers must be able to load products into trucks and drive trucks to storage facilities, warehouses, and or markets. Maintain Nursery Stock. Workers will be compensated at the correct rate of pay for all hours worked, including when they are performing the employer’s obligation of driving. Those that are requested to drive will be required to possess an appropriate license; no one will be rejected for this position that does not possess a driver’s license.
