Job description
Operating crawfish boat; running traps; collecting and sorting crawfish; purging, cleaning, washing crawfish; bagging and moving bags in and out of trailer; recording information and informing managers of progress; set up and operate irrigation; repair farm structures; clean work areas; pull and winterize traps, and remove silt and dirt; minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and worksite.
Special Requirements
One (1) month of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
