Job description
The Agricultural Equipment Operator will be responsible for driving and controlling various
types of machinery and equipment to support agricultural activities. This includes tilling soil,
planting, cultivating, and harvesting crop as well as transporting livestock feed. The operator
will transport and deliver feed to area farmers and ranchers, ensuring the proper operation of
trucks and equipment during the loading and unloading of feed products. Responsibilities also
include servicing and maintaining farm machinery, monitoring machinery for malfunctions, and
ensuring safe operation. The operator may assist with tasks such as other tasks such as
fertilizing, pest control, loading and unloading bagged products along with the mixing of custom feed rations
Special Requirements
Three to six months of recent and verifiable experience in the listed job duties is required. The worker must be able to obtain an appropriate non-CDL license after hire and maintain a clean driving record. Workers must be able to lift 75lbs. Upon hire, workers may be required to undergo random drug testing at no cost to them. A positive test result for illegal or controlled substances, or failure to comply, mayresult in immediate termination of employment.
