Job description
General farm workers needed for rice. Work involves general maintenance of rice bins and warehouse as necessary. Workers will assist in receiving rice, milling rice and shipping rice. Rice drying operation including: upkeep, sweeping, shoveling rice, spreading rice in bins, cleaning up rice spills, leveling bins, and unloading/loading rice trucks and operate fork lift. Working outside in inclement weather conditions. Must have legal authority to work within the United States. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. All tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience, may be subject to random drug screen paid by employer upon hire or if suspicions arise--this is a drug free work zone.Transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract.
