Job description
Job duties include operating farm equipment to prepare land, plant, spray, and harvest crops. Employees will be operating equipment such as tractors, sprayers, semi-trucks, spreaders, rock roller, rock picker, disk, harrower, and possible an air seeder. Duties will include manual labor such as grounds keeping around the shop and farm areas, shop cleaning, building repair, mechanical repair, and maintenance on equipment. Employees must have 6 months of experience and have or be able to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire. Increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience and merit.
Special Requirements
Moderate cell phone use is allowed at the worksite.
