Special Requirements

Pre-employment drug screening given to H2a and U.S. workers. Any required drug testing will be conducted at the employers expense, with no cost borne by the worker. The employer further confirms that the drug-testing requirement is job-related and consistent with business necessity, as the position involves responsibilities and working conditions that require employees to operate equipment, perform safety-sensitive duties, and help maintain a safe working environment for coworkers and the public. Drug test results will be used solely as a lawful, job-related basis in the hiring process, and a confirmed positive result, refusal to test, or tampering with the testing process may result in a determination that an applicant is not qualified for employment, consistent with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
