Job description
Main job duty will be custom spray applicator, operating a self-propelled sprayer equipped with GPS and mixing chemicals. Must possess a commercial spray license or be willing to obtain one at the employer’s expense. Other job duties could include operate farm machinery doing tillage, planting or harvesting; load agricultural products into trucks without over or underfilling bed or trailer, and drive to market or storage facilities; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Mix materials, dump solutions or seeds into planter or sprayer machinery. Must speak and understand English.
Special Requirements
Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain following hire appropriate CDL and obtain clean driving record to drive trucks. Be able to lift up to 65 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
