Job description
Ground Crew Application - provides ground support for agricultural aerial application business. Duties will include: Fuel
the plane by connecting and disconnecting fuel hose to and from the airplane. Mix chemicals - Read and understand a
load ticket. Load the plane with chemical by connecting and disconnecting load hose to and from plane. Load plane
with fertilizer by driving and operating forklift. Clean all equipment daily. Mow airstrips. Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
Minimum of (3) months experience required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Basic math
skills. Must be able to read, understand and follow directions. What your day may look like: - Blends and loads all
chemical mixes prior to each load/flight.- Clean aircraft. - Maintains general awareness of inventory levels and fuel
levels for leader.- Maintains cleanliness in hanger/loadout areas. - Reliable and regular attendance is expected. - Very
early mornings are often required. Other skills that will help you succeed: - Customer service oriented. - Ability to work

outdoor setting in all types of weather conditions with exposure to outdoor elements. When working outdoors and
possibly around moving equipment/mechanical parts, the employee may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles,
chemical and biological hazards, vibrations and a risk of electrical shock. This position requires you to use your hands
for many different tasks and to talk, hear, walk, stand and sit. You may be occasionally required to lift or move up to 60
pounds.
Special Requirements
Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Certified Handlers license is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers
expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or
criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is
required. Extensive walking is required. Overtime and taking holiday is mandatory. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding
tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulation
