Field Worker

Job description

Watermelon Harvesting: workers to walk down the field row and use a knife to hand cut ripe watermelons off the vine for harvesting. The workers will bend over harvesting the ripe watermelon from the ground to carry and sort the watermelons. The workers will load the watermelons carefully into field bins or trailers. Workers will also pack the watermelons, on the farm.

Additional duties include the sprouting, pruning, and painting of trees; debris, weed, and vine removal; irrigation repair; housing and structure cleaning and repair.
