Job description
Workers will work in all aspects of tillage, planting and harvesting corn, soybeans, and wheat. Will operate tractors, sprayers, and plows. Workers will haul and spread manure/fertilizer with tractor, maintain main farm grounds by mowing, and weed-eating. Workers will maintain and repair equipment, buildings, fences and other farm structures, and vehicles. May install and repair irrigation and maintain farm property.
Special Requirements
Hours listed in Section A.6 are the anticipated hours to be worked. The employer may offer additional work hours or these hours could increase or decrease based on weather conditions, crop delay, pests or disease, crop yield, available labor, and or productivity. Use of electronic devices during work hours is restricted to emergencies only.
