Job description
Workers will perform general field duties to include but not limited to grow and process chiles: thin, irrigate, weed, harvest, roast, and pack chiles.
Able to lift 50 lbs. and work in all types of weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, moisture, and dust). Days and hours will vary (+/-); possible down times and/or extended hours.
All applicants must be able, willing, and qualified to perform duties described and must be available for the entire period specified and work in intended area of employment. Employer will provide all tools required for the job duties listed. Anyone not able, willing, and qualified to perform duties described will be sent back home.
The use of Cellphones during work is prohibited.

Drug screen after hire paid by employer if accident or unusual behavior such as slurred speech.
