Job description

We are seeking dependable, safety-oriented individuals to join our team as Dragline Operators. This position involves operating and maintaining equipment used both in the field and on public roadways. Primary duties include, but are not limited to, pumping, agitating, running hoses reels, and injecting manure into the ground in accordance with farm protocols and environmental guidelines. Employees may also assist with seasonal farm operations, including hauling silage and grain, as well as other crop-related activities as needed. Workers will be responsible for the safe operation of trucks, tractors, pumps, hoses and other related farm equipment. Additional responsibilities include preparing equipment for daily use, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting basic mechanical issues, and ensuring all equipment is kept clean and in proper working condition. Employees must work effectively as part of a team and with external customers or contractors to complete tasks correctly and efficiently. A minimum of two months of relevant experience is required. A valid driver’s license required is a regular Class D.

Special Requirements

Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
