Job description
Workers will be working, planting and hand harvesting fruit and berry trees and various vegetables. There may be some tractor driving as well as helping complete and maintain greenhouses. Workers will be required to perform all general farm labor duties involved in the day to day operation of a fruit/berry/ vegetable farm. Workers will also be required to keep the fields, yards and housing mowed and free of debris, clean and santize picking bins, crates and tools required for harvesting. Workers will be required to follow all work and safety rules. Drug test may be administered post hire to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Workers must be physically able to perform the repetitive manual stoop labor required to hand harvest fruits, berries, and vegetables.
