Job description

6 fulltime, temporary, seasonal jobs available 4/1/21-1/5/22. Employer: Maidstone Club, 50 Old Beach Lane, East Hampton, NY 11937. Duties:
Setting up & clearing off tables, bringing food out from kitchen to tables/bars. Serve coffee/water. Assisting with banquet set ups. Will report directly to Clubhouse Manager. 3
month experience required (in fine-dining or high volume environment at a high end restaurant, resort, or private club), no education required. OJT provided. Work hours: Days
vary Mon-Sun, shifts vary 6am-2pm or 10am-6pm, 40 hours/week at $15.48. Possible OT at $23.22/hour. Schedule can vary and can include evening and weekend hours. A single
workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. Optional employer
provided housing including utilities available at no cost to the worker. Employer-provided meals are provided when served each day, at no cost to the employee. Additional optional
benefits may be offered to the worker, for the worker's sold benefit, including but not limited to 401k plan, eligible after employee work for 1 year and at least 1000 hours (enrollment
begins on the quarter following completion of this requirement). If voluntarily elected by worker, employee costs/contributions for benefits will be deducted from paycheck. Employer
will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing,
border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary,
lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the
worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $12.68/day without receipts or up to $55/day with receipts. The employer
guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least 3/4ths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Interested candidates may contact the Workforce NY
