Cheesecake: Complete Cheesecakes are purchased from our supplier.
If patron orders simple cheesecake, worker would cut cheesecake using the
pie slicer (six equal slices) by pushing it by hand into the pie tin.
Using a pie server, a piece of Cheesecake would be placed into the serving
plate.
If patron ordered this with toppings, toppings would be added using spoon.
Cheesecake with or without toppings would be handed to the patron.
Deep Fried Cheescake: Worker would dip the cheesecake into the
premixed batter. Cheesecake would be picked up by the worker using
gloved hand, and then dropped into the hot oil of the deep fryer.
They would float to the surface, be scooped up with slotted spoon, and
placed into a chafing dish.
After customer places order, worker would use tongs to place Fried
Cheesecake into serving boat and add selected topping such as sugar,
shipped cream, compote, chocolate sauce and/or Nutella ® and then
provide the product to the customer.
Fountain Soda. These workers would NOT be serving any alcoholic
beverages. For a fountain drink, the worker would take the proper size cup
in their hand, use an ice scoop to scoop ice into the cup (unless the patron
ordered no ice), place the cup under the nozzle, press the cup against the
lever and fill the cup. Take a lid from the lid supply and secure this on the
top of the cup.
***Original Duties***
Perform variety of attending duties at mobile food concession. Arrange tables and decorations according to instructions. Communicate with customers regarding orders. Accept payment from customers. Serve food, beverages or desserts to customers. Prepare daily food items and cook simple foods and beverages using proper safety precautions and safety measures. Clean & organize eating, service, and kitchen areas. Perform cleaning duties to keep equipment and facilities sanatory.
Special Requirements
Post-employment random drug testing and background checks may be required, at no cost to the worker. The job requires the applicant to be qualified, ready, willing, able, and available to perform during the entire employment at the designated worksites; and to follow workplace rules.
