Job description
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand. Load and unload dishwashers and place clean items in storage areas. Keep kitchen work areas, floors, kitchen equipment, and utensils clean and orderly, including cleaning garbage cans. Sort and remove trash and place it in designated disposal areas. Place food, dishes, and utensils in cupboards, refrigerators, or serving areas. Organize dishes and utensils in work areas by hand. Perform basic food preparation tasks such as washing or portioning food ingredients. Arrange table place settings as directed by supervisor.
Special Requirements
Ability to lift 50 pounds. Standing and lifting for multiple hours.
